October and November

Pictures galore!

Lucas will be 17 months in a few days. He loves exploring and learning new things. He says about 20 words and loves to babble and tell great stories. In August uncle Jason came to visit and Lucas came to school and helped me get my classroom ready. In September we went to a wedding in MN and Lucas loved to dance! He has also enjoyed spending a lot of time outside. Today he went to the apple orchard and pumpkin patch with daycare.  He also went to his 1st parade for the DC Everest Home coming.

15 months old

Lucas is 15 months old and is enjoying summer!  He asks to go outside several times a day by bringing his and your shoes to you and then runs to the door. Outside he loves waving to cars, people, and dogs that he sees. He also likes picking up rocks, sticks, pine needles, and leaves. He has also turned into a big helper and is eager to help with sweeping, the vacuum cleaner,  dishes, laundry,  and hauling fire wood. He understands a lot and says: mama, dada, all done, what's this?, oh oh, quack quack,  and up.

 Lucas was not eeating his veggies very well so I tried soaking them in pickle juice and he loves them.

 Play date with neighbors.

 Lucas loves all the little frogs in our yard.
